now that temperatures have been steadily warm and wonderful (let's hope I didn't just jinx that!), we have made the transition to cold soups!
jeff's vichyssoise (cold potato-leek soup) garnished with curry oil, served with half a Miss Ollie sandwich (ham, gruyere, pickled onions, herb aioli, dijon mustard grilled on multigrain bread)
homemade gazpacho topped with sour cream and cucumber-dill relish
