as promised, here is an interview with the man behind the bathroom art:

todd is a loyal customer and has been since the beginning days of Pause. he can often be found sitting in the window, gazing out while listening to music through headphones. he's a man of well-chosen words and engaging collage art.

we found out through the interview that he is the son of American Impressionist artist Francis Chapin, who was dubbed "the dean of chicago painters" in the early 1900s.
