we're having a party

hey, everybody! come to our party!



next week, kitchen sink turns 2 years old! holy crap!

to celebrate, we'll be doing lots of fun stuff all day, including giving out gifts at random, karaoke, and giving you a free in-house coffee with any food purchase!

at night, we'll heat things up a bit. the real party is from 5-9. there will be birthday cake, more karaoke, some booze (feel free to b.y.o.b.!), and we'll end the evening with some live music! kitchen sink barista lewis will perform with his two-piece band, band practice. it's going to be a good time! keep an eye on our facebook page for updates.

you've seen the signs in our window and windows of other edgewater businesses: edge card accepted here. people have been asking us what the edge card is all about and how to go about getting one. problems solved!

we are starting autumn hours today. we'll be closing at 6:30 pm every day from now on.

hello, hello! it's been a while! ally took a bit of a break from social media for a while, but she's back in action!!

here's some kitchen sink news:

- we're nominated for a "Best of Edgewater" award! click here to vote for us as "Best Growing Business of the Year"! thanks!

- there are some new faces behind the counter these days. stop in and meet baylie, or jason, or brent, or malic!

- it's kinda sorta springtime! yay! that means the patio is in full-swing!

- and, of course, mr. gitrell is outside keeping an eye on the neighborhood.

we've got some great new art on our walls! come look through Rogers Park artist Lewis Lain's windows to the universe of Worldview! Lain uses found windows, cardboard, and paint to share glimpses of typeface designer 53947.
